The Approach

The truth is that cookie-cutter portfolios are great if you fit into a cookie-cutter lifestyle. Most don't. We, like you, have a lot of different experience, individual concerns, ideas of what I want my outcomes to look like, and theories on how to get there. We are humans, and I think it is time to invest in such a way.

This is why we tailor your individual strategy through this four step process:

  1. Our first meeting is a "get to know you." In this meeting we cover nearly 100 questions through a conversation that you guide. It is our intent to understand who you are, where you are coming from, and what it is you seek. At this time, we ask that you allow us the best ability to help guide you financially by giving us your current financial, insurance, and investment statements. On your end, its a good time to interview us on a more personal level.

If there is a basis for a relationship, we schedule the next meeting.

  2. Our second meeting is the big reveal. In between the first and second meeting we went to work in creating and tailoring a portfolio that would fit your needs. At this point, we go over the points from the previous discussion, and ensure our information is accurate. Once we have confirmed, we reveal the new potential portfolio, how we arrived at these particular investments, and why we feel it provides a better backdrop for your needs.

At this point, many new clients tend to want to begin as soon as possible. Whatever may be the case, we schedule a third appointment to further analyze the basis for a relationship.

  3. Our third meeting is a question and answer session. We know that change is hard, so we added this step to go over any changes that may affect the wallet, or any previous relationships. We address any concerns, and changes you may wish to make. Those of who have not made the decision to become a client, tend to do so now. As this stage, we sign any paperwork, begin transferring accounts and implementing the strategy discussed.

  4. Step four is a continuous process on both ends. In order to have an effective investment and insurance portfolio, both the client and the advisory team need to be in constant communication (some clients require more contact than others, and we abide by each individuals needs aside from the mandatory reviews set forth by our regulatory bodies). As your life changes, and your needs change, so should your portfolio.
